Meatballs in Sugo
Meatballs made with a combination of pork and chicken meat, served in a tomato, capsicum and egg plant sugo.
Pasta with Walnut and Mint Pesto
Hand rolled pasta served in a walnut and mint pesto, with asparagus and broccoli.
Mains:
Barramundi
Poached barramundi served with egg sauce, baked ricotta and spinach in a cherry tomato sugo and roast vegetables.
Beef Cheek
Beef cheek served in a red wine tomato sauce, with baked gnocchi and carrot caponata.
Desserts:
Chocolate Hazelnut Torte
A flourless cake made with dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts, served w/ a Frangelico caramel sauce, coffee cream, and house-candied oranges
Amaretto Panna Cotta
A cold-set cream dessert flavoured with Amaretto, an almond liqueur, served w/ poached cherries, vanilla bean custard, and a lemon pistachio biscotti
