Tomato and onion bread served w/ smoky aubergine and olive dip

Lamb Shanks
Slow cooked lamb shank served w/ red pepper mash, roast beetroot and pistachio crumble and sweet and sour peppers
Barramundi
Barramundi served in a saganaki sauce, w/ vegetable moussaka, lentil salad and whipped feta
Desserts:
Coconut Ravani Cake
A syrup-soaked cake made from semolina and coconut, served w/ a mint and fennel cultured cream, cherry sauce, and toasted almonds
Kalitsounia Cheese Pastry
A baked pastry made from a yoghurt and olive oil dough that has been filled with lemon flavoured ricotta, served w/ a rosewater and honey cream sauce, and a walnut and mastic butter

A sweet and tangy blend of tequila, triple sec, and pomegranate juice shaken with ice, and finished with a dash of fresh lime juice
