A traditional fish stew with mullet, mussels, octopus, tomato, fennel and saffron accompanied by rouille (a spicy mayonnaise), a freshly baked roll and a salad of grilled shallot, fig and mesclun

Financier (a fluffy almond cake) served with strawberry compote, crème patissière and fruit and nut chocolate bark

A combination of vodka, fresh pineapple juice and the French raspberry liqueur, Chambord. The cocktail is shaken over ice & double strained into a martini coupe glass – enjoy the rich creamy topping with every sip!
