Japanese Fried Chicken
Marinated chicken thighs fried in kaarage seasoning served with ponzu aioli.
Miso Ramen
House made shoyu broth served with braised pork, soy egg and noodles.
Mains:
Miso Marinated Beef
Beef marinated in Miso and sake, served w/ candied sweet potato, noodles, miso glazed eggplant, greens in sesame dressing and wasabi sauce.
Soy and Stout Braised Pork
Pork belly braised in soy and stout sauce, served w/ rice, Japanese grilled cabbage, soy and garlic mushrooms, greens in sesame dressing, chilli pickles.
Desserts:
Nashi, Yuzu, & Cinnamon Milk-Bread
Nashi poached in Asahi beer and ginger, served w/ yuzu custard cream, toasted brioche-style bread coated in cinnamon sugar, and a sweet black sesame peanut, and roasted rice crumble
Cherry Blossom, White Chocolate, & Strawberry Eclair
A choux pastry case filled with cherry blossom mousse, fresh strawberries, and white chocolate ganache, served w/ toffee almonds, and dollop cream

Yuzu Margarita – $19.95
A refreshing blend of Yuzu juice, Cointreau,Tequila and simple syrup, served in a salt-rimmed glass with a lime wedge
