Seared beef served on sticky rice w pickled ginger, sesame & sweet soy salad, fried lotus root.

Soft-baked cheesecake w yuzu citrus sauce, matcha cookie crumb and roasted plum jelly.

Steamed cherry, peach and coconut glutinous cake w toasted almonds, sesame and sweet white bean paste.
