Entrees:
Prawn Balls
Grilled minced prawn meat, served w/ nuoc cham sauce and a green pawpaw salad.
Pork Ribs
Spiced glazed pork ribs served w/ green pawpaw salad.
Mains:
Pho Ga (Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup)
Chicken broth over marinated chicken breast, noodles and bean sprouts. Topped with fresh herbs, lime, chilli paste and fried shallots.
Beef Brisket
Braised beef brisket served in a spicy star anise sauce, served w/ a mushroom and leek rice porridge. Topped with fried shallots and fresh herbs.
Desserts:
Caramelized Banana Tart
Grilled bananas cooked in butter and caramel with a pastry base, served w/ whipped dark chocolate, and passionfruit cream.
Vietnamese Coffee Cake
Vanilla sponge cake layered with Vietnamese coffee cream, served w/ almond meringue, and coconut sauce.

The Pho Cocktail $17.95
A delicious blend of Grand Marnier, gin, fresh lime juice and a star anise & cardamom sugar syrup, shaken with ice and strained into a cocktail glass, topped with fresh mint.
