Shredded duck w/ drunk sauce, mango chutney and flat bread.

Spicy crumbed pork served w/ roast tomato salsa and corn chorizo salad.

Chicken Mole
Chicken breast served w/ a green mole sauce, cowboy beans and pico de Gallo salsa.
Barbacoa style lamb
Braised Lamb shank served w/ barbaco style sauce, mash potato and chipotle slaw.
Desserts:
Dark Chocolate Chilli Tart
Sweet shortcrust pastry baked with a dark chocolate chilli filling, served w/ rum-grilled bananas, crushed almond polvorones and coffee syrup.
Dulce de Leche & Popcorn Cake
A vanilla hotcake served w/ dulce de leche caramel, salted butter popcorn, an orange ginger compote, and cinnamon dollop cream.

Spicy Mexican Margarita $19.95
A deliciously refreshing and zingy blend of fresh chilli and lime, muddled together, mixed with tequila, triple sec, coriander and Angostura bitters, shaken with ice, strained and served in a cocktail glass with fresh lime, and a spicy salt rim.
Or – for the less spicy people, just a straight up refreshing Margarita without the chilli hits…. Also $19.95
