Grilled Peri Peri spiced chicken, served w/ a pineapple Peri Peri sauce, garnished w/ pickled mango and capsicum

Potato and fetta crumbed croquette, served w/ a chorizo and apple compote
Mains:
Barramundi
Grilled blackened Barramundi, served w/ a mussel, corn and white wine sauce, Portuguese salad and tomato rice
Pork
Pork shoulder braised in a port wine sauce, served w/ Peri Peri roast potatoes, green beans topped w/ Salsa Verde
Desserts:
Custard Tart
A burnished custard baked in a sweet puff pastry case, served w/ spiced pineapple cultured cream, passionfruit sauce, and vanilla crumble
Chocolate Bolo de Bolacha
A layered dessert made with house-made vanilla biscuits, chocolate mousse, and coffee, served w/ poached pear, roasted almonds, and a cherry glaze

Portuguese Sangria – $19.50
A refreshing, zesty blend of chilled dry red wine, with a splash of brandy and Cointreau, muddled and served with slices of fresh apple, lime, lemon and orange, and garnished with fresh mint and a cinnamon stick.
