Gnocchi w/ Lemon Sauce
Potato gnocchi tossed in a lemon sage butter sauce
Tortellini w/ Sugo Sauce
Spinach and ricotta tortellini in a traditional tomato sauce
Mains:
Pork Ragu
Chunky pork stewed with rosemary, oregano and fennel, creamy polenta, mushrooms sauteed w/ garlic and panzanella salad with a balsamic vinegarette
Etruscan Chicken
Chicken braised with white wine, olives, rosemary, sage and pine nuts, served w/ grilled zucchini, leek and peas tossed in a black pepper and pecorino dressing, and a truffle potato flan
Desserts:
Chocolate Filled Sponge
Vanilla Sponge cake brushed with spiced liqueur, filled with a dark chocolate pastry cream, and rolled into a log, served w/ marinated cherries, almond ice-cream, and raspberry sauce
Lemon and Ricotta Cake
Lemon and ricotta cake w/ pistachio crumble, poached pears and mascarpone cream whipped w/ lemon and vanilla.
