Efficient Private Events

Cafe Lagarto welcomes the opportunity to host any group for a private function, whether it be a business meeting, birthday, art class or even a small wedding reception.

We love hosting groups and can set aside separate areas within the outdoor dining ‘levels’ for your special event. Book for birthday parties, meetings, that special lunch celebration or some other special function.

The café has a total seating capacity of up to 85 people, and is fully licensed. The front dining section can accommodate groups of 20-30 people; the deck gazebo can host up to 12, and the middle section can manage groups of up to 40. There is also the ‘playground gazebo’ that can seat up to 6 people.

We love it when the bus tours stop in to visit us (please do ask your tour organiser to call and book first).

There is usually no booking fee when having a drink or dining with us for your function, during our standard opening hours.

Our wonderful staff will make your event special, including baking cakes to order or singing Happy Birthday on request. Let us help you make your event special!
