Beer battered fish served w/ persimmon salsa.

Shellfish, tomato and fennel flavoured soup, served w/ house made bread.

Pork Ribs
Slow cooked pork ribs served w/ cumin and apricot rice, fennel, carrot and an orange salsa.
Beef Cheeks
Braised beef cheeks served w/ cous cous, pickled apple, broccoli dressed in chilli and garlic.
Desserts:

A vanilla-bean custard baked with a toffee sauce, served w/ red wine poached pear, brandy coconut crisp, and an orange cinnamon anise cultured-cream
Tarta Santiago
A baked almond cake served w/ roasted white chocolate, a lemon blackberry sauce, and ginger cream

A zesty blend of Licor 43, tequila, lime juice and orange bitters, shaken with ice, served in a margarita glass with lime & fresh mint.
