Korean Ribs
Beef short ribs marinated in barbecue sauce, served w/ Tteokbokki in black bean sauce and stir fry sweet potato.

Hotteok – Korean Sweet Pancake
A fried sweet flat-bread filled with walnuts and cinnamon brown sugar syrup, served w/ salted butter, creamy caramel, strawberries, and dollop cream
Melona Ice-Cream
A frozen cream dessert made with honeydew melon, served w/ peach, passionfruit, and raspberry soju jellies, lemon-poached melon, and whipped honey cream
