Fresh fish, mixed fresh vegetables, shallots, lemon and thyme,
steamed in a parcel with white wine butter sauce.
Duck a L’Orange
With celeriac puree, roasted parsnips, candied cumquats and beetroot crisp

Mille Feuille
Pastry with fresh strawberries, crème Chiboust, strawberry gel,
Chantilly crème and malt crumbs
Apple Clafoutis
With calvados caramel, cherry ice-cream, cardamom sable and soured apple
