Braised beef short ribs served in a red wine and tomato sauce, w/ mashed potato and ratatouille
Confit Duck
Confit duck leg served w/ mushroom and red wine sauce, potato bake and herbs de Provence roast vegetables
Desserts:
Apple Honey Brandy Coloche Tart
A tart baked with a buttery shortcrust pastry filled with a honey brandy caramel and apples, served w/ cinnamon ginger cream, and almond crumble
Lime & White Chocolate Kouign-amann
A sweet pastry made with dough folded in butter and sugar, served w/ lime curd, white chocolate ganache, and dollop creame
Special Themed Cocktail – Tonight Only
French Martini – $16.95
A combination of vodka, fresh pineapple juice and the French raspberry liqueur, Chambord. This cocktail is shaken with ice then double strained into a martini coupe glass so you can enjoy the rich creamy topping with every sip!
